Artist Agreement

1. Artist Eligibility

To distribute content on BLACKNWHITESIX, you must apply for artist verification and be approved by our team. You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent.

2. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you upload. You warrant that you have all necessary rights, licences, and permissions to distribute your content through the Platform.

3. Revenue Split

Artists receive a percentage of revenue from track sales and streams, as detailed in the artist dashboard. The Platform retains a commission fee. Exact percentages are displayed at the time of upload.

4. Payouts

Artist earnings are tracked in the wallet system. Withdrawal requests are processed to your registered South African bank account. You must provide valid banking details in your settings.

5. Content Standards

All content must comply with our content policy. We reserve the right to remove content that infringes copyright, contains hate speech, or violates applicable laws.

6. Exclusivity

This is a non-exclusive agreement. You are free to distribute your content on other platforms simultaneously.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your content will be removed from the Platform within 30 days. Outstanding earnings will be paid according to the regular payout schedule.
