1. Acceptance

By accessing or using BLACKNWHITESIX ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Content & Licensing

Artists retain ownership of their uploaded content. By uploading, you grant the Platform a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, stream, and distribute your content in connection with the service.

4. Purchases & Payments

All purchases are processed through Paystack. Prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR). Refund eligibility is subject to our refund policy.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, infringe on intellectual property rights, upload malicious files, or attempt to circumvent security measures.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
