Refund Policy

1. Overview

BLACKNWHITESIX (Pty) Ltd ("BLACKNWHITESIX", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to a fair and transparent refund process. This policy applies to all track purchases and subscription payments made through the Platform.

2. Track Purchases

2.1 Digital Goods

Tracks purchased on BLACKNWHITESIX are digital goods. Once a track has been streamed or downloaded, the transaction is generally considered final and non-refundable.

2.2 Eligible Refund Scenarios

We will consider a refund for track purchases in the following circumstances:

3.1 Cancellation vs Refund

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation you retain access to subscription benefits until the end of your current billing period. No partial refund is issued for the remaining days of a billing period.

3.3 Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged during the trial period. You will be notified before your first charge. You may cancel at any time during the trial without being billed.

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Chargebacks have the following consequences:

All refunds are processed in South African Rand (ZAR). If your payment method is denominated in a different currency, your bank will convert the refund at the prevailing exchange rate. Any difference due to exchange rate fluctuations is not our responsibility.

6. Consumer Protection

This policy is subject to the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (South Africa). Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation.
